Friday Night Services – August 28th

Please register below if you would like to join Rosh Pina at Friday night services on August 28th.

The space we have available can accommodate up to 24 individuals, each distanced 7 feet apart. Locations to stand or sit will be marked. Only the leaders will sing. Masks are mandatory. Please bring your own siddur. Please note there will be no seats available (although you are welcome to bring your own) and there will be no restrooms available.

Registration is not confirmation of attendance. In the event we have more people registered than spots, we will select attendees by lottery. If you are not selected in the lottery, you will be placed on a wait-list and contacted if someone who has been selected cancels. One slot will be reserved for a member of the Vaad and two slots for those who will lead services. Priority will also be given to those saying kaddish. You will be informed of the location of the services by Wednesday, August 26. Services will take place in an outdoor location in Dupont Circle.

You may not attend if diagnosed with COVID-19 or are exhibiting similar symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last two weeks. We discourage attendance by those in high-risk categories but recognize attendance is a matter of personal choice.

Services are subject to a last-minute weather cancellation. In the event we do not have enough signups to constitute a minyan, we will inform you of that prior to services.
